Please read our clinic policies regarding bookings, cancellations, payments, and privacy.

Our Clinic Terms

Appointments & Bookings: All appointments are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and confirmed via email or text. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred time and therapist.

Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur the full session fee. No-shows will be charged in full.

Payments: We accept payment via card or contactless at the time of your appointment. Pre-paid packages are non-refundable once sessions begin, and must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid delaying the next client. You will be charged for the full session.

Medical Information: Clients are responsible for informing their therapist of any injuries, surgeries, health conditions, or changes in their health status before each session. We rely on accurate information to deliver safe and effective care.

Privacy: All client records are handled with strict confidentiality in accordance with UK GDPR. We will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent unless required by law.

Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who displays inappropriate behaviour, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or presents a health risk to staff or other clients.
